Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to cleaning services provided by CSB & Sons Cleaning Ltd, Company No. SC898849, registered in scotland. Contacting us or confirming a booking means you accept these terms.

Quotes

• We do not publish prices. Every job is quoted individually based on the property and the work required.
• Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the property or the work turns out to be materially different, we will discuss a revised quote with you before continuing.
• A quote is not a booking until we have confirmed a date and time with you.

Bookings and access

• We work Monday to Friday, 09:00–22:00. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
• You are responsible for giving us safe access to the property at the agreed time, along with running water and electricity.
• If we cannot get access, or the utilities are not available, we may have to reschedule and charge for the wasted visit.

Our work

• We bring our own professional cleaning products and equipment unless agreed otherwise.
• Some marks, stains, limescale damage and wear cannot be removed by cleaning. We will tell you if we think this is the case.
• Please tell us in advance about fragile items, pets, alarms, parking restrictions or anything else that affects the job.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move a booking.
• Late cancellations may be charged where we have already committed the team and travel to your job.
• If we have to cancel or reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible and agree a new time.

Payment

Payment is due as set out in your quote or invoice. Where an invoice is issued, it is payable by the date shown on the invoice.

Problems and complaints

If you are not happy with any part of the clean, tell us as soon as possible — within 24 hours of the job where you can — so that we can come back and put it right. Contact us on 07417 366214 or csbsons1988@gmail.com.

Liability and insurance

• We hold Public Liability Insurance for the cleaning work we carry out.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by items that were already faulty or unstable.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
• If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
