- The postcode or area of the property and details of the cleaning work you need.
- Any messages you send us by the website form, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Basic technical information required to serve the website, such as your device type and browser.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote — our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or steps taken before entering a contract.
- To arrange and carry out cleaning work you have booked — performance of a contract.
- To keep basic business records, including invoices — legal obligation and legitimate interests.
Where it is stored
Enquiries sent through the website form are stored securely in our website database so that an enquiry cannot be lost. Messages you send by WhatsApp, email or phone are held in those accounts. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to host the website and its database, to send and receive email, and to receive WhatsApp messages. These providers process your information on our behalf. We may also share information where we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to work we have carried out and invoiced are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, our use of your information.
